Digital Products Refund Policy

Promptwell sells digital products delivered electronically. No physical goods are shipped.

Because digital products can be accessed or downloaded immediately, we normally can’t offer refunds after access or downloading has begun. This doesn’t affect your legal rights if a product is faulty, materially different from its description, or not supplied correctly.

If you’re a UK or EU consumer, you may have a 14-day right to cancel. Where you expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that your cancellation right will be lost once downloading or access begins, that right ends when delivery begins.

If you experience a technical problem, receive the wrong files, or can’t access your purchase, contact smallpricebigbankz@gmail.com with your order number. We’ll help restore access, replace incorrect files, or provide another remedy where required by law.

Refund requests are assessed individually and don’t limit any rights you have under applicable consumer law.
